Why contact details are hidden

Customers never see phone numbers, emails, social handles, exact base addresses or full names of owners and drivers, and owners and drivers never see the customer’s phone number.

Chat opens per request and booking, and a filter blocks phone numbers, emails and links. Private calls connect both sides through a relay number while the job is active.

Payment protection, insurance, dispute support, ratings and job history only apply to bookings made on TractoAfrica.
