Your account

Give accurate details and keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the people you invite to your organisation.

Dealing on the platform

• Book, pay and communicate through TractoAfrica. Payment protection, insurance, dispute support and ratings apply only to platform bookings.
• Do not share or ask for phone numbers, emails or other contact details. Attempts are blocked and can lead to suspension.
• Owners and suppliers must list only equipment and products they are allowed to rent or sell, with accurate details.

Payments

Customers pay TractoAfrica through a licensed gateway. We pay each party according to the fee rules shown before payment. Payouts are made in stages as the job or order progresses; when and how much is released can depend on the booking and the provider's track record on TractoAfrica. Refunds and disputes are handled by TractoAfrica. Cancellation fees follow the policy shown on the listing.

Disputes

You can raise a dispute before payout. Our team reviews the evidence and decides on a refund or an adjusted payout.
