- Setting up: required details are missing.
- Documents required: details are complete; documents or checks are still needed.
- Under review: waiting for automatic checks or staff review.
- Active: all checks passed.
- Action required: something expired, was rejected or needs updating.
- Paused: paused by you, or suspended by staff with a reason.
